CANADANBA player Shai Gilgeous–Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder is spending his offseason working out with performance coach, trainer @nemilicperformance.

The trainer is helping Shai‘s body transformation, which could possible result in him scoring 25 plus a game this upcoming season.

Every exercise should have a why and some sort of translation to everyday life or sport.

A typical NBA weight training routine is going to involve plenty of weight moves incorporating lunges and squats. Maintaining explosive jumping strength is going to place an elite basketball player in a good position to hit the ground running when the season starts off.
