NEW YORK — Just in time for fall, Coach unveiled its latest collaboration with Selena Gomez.

In December 2016DM Fashion Book reported that Selena Gomez “signed a huge $10 million deal with Coach to design her own line and become the face of the luxury accessory brand” (see it here). The mega pop star fronted the American brand’s road trip-themed Fall 2017 campaign (see it here) and holiday 2017/2018 ad campaign (see it here). Summer 2017, we posted 11 leather goods from Coach x Selena Gomez collection (see it here). January 2018, we posted the Selena Gomez For Coach’s Spring/Summer 2018 Ad Campaign (see it here). March 2018, we reported a new offering from Coach x Selena Gomez that will hit stores in fall 2018. The new collection includes Gomez’ first ready-to-wear collaboration with the brand and is designed by Gomez in tandem with Coach creative director Stuart Vevers (see it here).

Today, (August 9) the campaign was released and the pop star’s latest installment for the brand includes ready-to-wear. The line features Gomez‘s  own personal sense of style, spanning silk slips, soft sweaters and retro-style hoodies, as well as two new bag silhouettes titled the ‘Bond’ and the ‘Trail’.

The ads, which were shot in New York by photographer Steven Meisel, show Gomez rocking some of the key pieces from her new collection.

I’m so proud of the collection,” said Gomez in a press statement. “What I love most about working with the Coach team is that they just know how I dress. Everything felt authentic from the beginning.”

I love working with Selena because she brings her strong point-of-view to the design process,” said Vevers in an official statement. “I wanted all of the pieces to reflect her style and her charm — and to feel effortless.”

The collection arrives August 31.
