NEW YORK — Yesterday Monday (October 9), DM Fashion Book reported that former Givenchy‘s artistic director Riccardo Tisci, he exited the house last February (see it here) hinted another collaboration with Nike (see it here).

The Italian fashion designer who is rumored to take the helm at Versace (see it here) once his iron-clad non-compete agreement with Givenchy and its parent company, LVMH is over with in February 2017 took to his official Instagram and announced an upcoming collaboration with Nike‘s basketball division.

Following the teaser, Nike has officially revealed that it’ll be teaming up with the iconic designer once again. This ‘go around, the collection consists of an oxford shirt, track pants and varsity jacket which will complete a set of four items for men and three for women. Accessories join the fold as well to round out its apparel.

The standout piece from the collection is the footwear. Taking on the Air Force 1 for the second time, Tisci gives the model an upgrade that sees a blue, white and red colorway. The new NikeLab x RT logo is incorporated on the toe box of the shoe in a nod to the NBA’s longstanding patch.

Expect the collection to drop in the states this Thursday (October 12) and (October 20) in Paris. This will be followed by a global launch at NikeLab stores and online on (October 20).
