Iconic footwear and apparel giant Reebok teamed up with G.O.O.D. Music‘s Teyana Taylor for the Question Mid Teyana T sneaker.

Back when I was a teenager, my friends and I used to take the train from Jersey to Harlem‘s Rucker Park for the summer basketball tournaments. While there, most people noticed this young girl that always wore a big/wild hairstyle and sported a dope pair of sneakers, and that girl is now known to the world as Teyana Taylor.

The “Maybe” singer designing sneakers is not surprising to me. She was born to design! In fact, a few years ago, Taylor collaborated with adidas on a brand of sneakers which sold out in hours.

As a native of Harlem, New York, Taylor‘s childhood, teen years, and adulthood have been shaped by her passion for sneakers. With Reebok Classic and the inimitable Question Mid silhouette, Teyana shows the world just how her palate for sneakers has evolved.

Designed by Taylor, this all-red concoction of Allen Iverson‘s iconic Question Mid sneaker reflects not only her elevated taste in fashion, but her identity as a self-proclaimed “tomboy.”

The full-grain leather upper is pressed with a luxurious reptile print to exude a level of luxury, while the solid-red midsole and Hexalite lends to her sporty nature. Above all, the bold red hue and the icy blue outsole is still a nod to Allen Iverson, the colors of Philly, and the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Question Mid.

The Reebok Question Mid Teyana T is now available for $160 at select retailers including Reebok.com, Jimmy Jazz, Villa and DTLR.
