New Music: Grimm Guapo “We Fell In Love At the Party”

Rising music artist Grimm Guapo does not sound like the average Southside Jamaica Queens rapper: 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Nicki Minaj, Pharoahe Monch, Fredro Starr, Sticky Fingaz, Waka Flocka Flame or Mr Cheeks. His sound is very much different from what rappers in his neighborhood are known to sound like and and the way this emcee tells stories in his music, reminds me of Slick Rick.

This Queens-native is stepping out on his own, with a unique style that he’s hoping to catch the attention of A&R’s and executives so he could secure a major record deal. Is the 20-year-old music artist the next thing to blow out of NYC‘s borough of Queens?
