Fashion News: Rihanna Will Appear At Bergdorf Goodman And Six:02 During NYFW

Fenty x Puma By Rihanna Fall 2016 Ready-To-Wear Collection.

Last week, donbleek.com reported that “Rihanna is rumored to be eyeing the City of Lights for her next collection. It’s reported that Riri will show her second installment during Paris Fashion Week this September. To add more flames to the fire, it was recently announced that the Fenty x Puma By Rihanna Collection would not be showing at New York Fashion Week, despite NYC being the city of choice for the debut collection back in February” (see it here).

Despite now showing in New York, the Bajan-beauty will appear at some events during New York Fashion Week. Her Fenty x Puma By Rihanna Collection will stage a pop-up shop at Bergdorf Goodman and Six:02.

Puma announced that the BET and Grammy Award winning singer will also make personal appearances at both locations.

On Sept. 6 —Rihanna will appear at a private VIP shopping event at Bergdorf’s, and then make her way downtown to Six:02’s new 34th Street store to shop with fans on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shoppers at the events will have access to Fenty’s new designs — including a sneaker heel style, a mesh bandana cap, and lace-up backpack — before they are more widely distributed on Sept. 7.

The Fenty x Puma By Rihanna Collection fall campaign, photographed by Willy Vandeperre, and styled by Alastair McKimm will arrive soon. Models Fei Fei Sun, Cong He and Sang Woo Kim are featured in the campaign.
