Topshop’s Fall 2016 Campaign Starring Taylor Hill
British multinational fashion retailer Topshop just unveiled their Fall 2016 global campaign, starring American model Taylor Hill.
Photographer Giampaolo Sgura photographed the campaign, and the company’s creative director Kate Phelan styled it.
The campaign uses New York City as a backdrop and embraces a rock ânâ roll themed, featuring key pieces from the brand’s high-street retailerâs fall 2016 collection, including studded leather jackets and embellished little black dresses.
Topshop has also created a video that follows Hill and her dog Tate on a typical day around New York, as part of the campaign.
âTaylor is a social supermodel and a young woman with style and personality; she is every Topshop girl rolled into one,â said Phelan.
The campaign will feature in the retailerâs stores, plus on its web site and social-media channels.
“Introducing: Taylor Hill. She was the girl next door from Colorado, scouted at 14 on her local ranch. But now sheâs set for fashion stardom â transforming herself from a fresh new face to Vogue cover star, Victoriaâs Secret Angel and the face of our AW16 campaign. Chatting behind-the-scenes on the shoot Taylor told Topshop, “It feels really cool to be Topshopâs campaign girl, I never thought Iâd do campaigns, especially not for Topshop. Iâd always see the big models doing it and never thought I would, but here I am!” Head over Topshop’s blog for the full announcement and more.
