Rich The Kid Inks Joint Partnership With 300 Entertainment; Dropping New Mixtape Next Month
Rising Atlanta rapper Rich The Kid has inked a joint partnership with 300 Entertainment for his Rich Forever imprint.
300, which was founded by Lyor Cohen, Roger Gold, Kevin Liles and Todd Moscowitz is also home to other artists including Fetty Wap, Young Thug and Migos. The label is distributed by Atlantic Records.
The joint partnerships will also be home to Rich‘s imprint, Rich Forever Music. The partnership was finalized last weekend.
Cohen called Rich “one of the hardest working [artists]” on his label.
“Now I have the power to do everything that the major labels do,” said Rich, referring to his new deal.
Rich will drop a new mixtape, Rich Than Famous 2, next month.
He was born in Queens, New York and is of Haitian descent. When he was 11 years old, he and his mother moved to Woodstock, GA, after she split with his father.
