H&M’s Collaboration With Kenzo Arrives Just Before The Winter 2016 Holidays
Every holiday, H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M) does a collaboration with a luxury fashion house. Last year it Olivier Rousteingâs House of Balmain. Alexander Wang, Karl Lagerfeld, Donatella Versace and Stella McCartney have all collaborated with H&M in the past.
This time around, the Swedish retailer announced a holiday collaboration with French luxury house Kenzo.
The capsule collection will hit select H&M stores and go online November 3.
âSince joining the house in 2011, Carol Lim and Humberto Leon have set their own fashion agenda with collections full of bold colors and vivid prints, revealed through high-impact shows, artist collaborations and creative digital campaigns,â H&M said. âGlobal influences and traditions are remixed and fused with the energy of the street, resulting in collections that are both inspirational and accessible to their fans around the world. At Kenzo, fashion expresses freedom, joy and individuality for all.â
Lim and Leon, Kenzoâs creative directors, said they want to think big with the collaboration, âpush the boundaries and bring the new energy of Kenzo to everyone around the world.â
