Kanye West Signs Brooklyn Rapper Desiigner To His G.O.O.D. Music Imprint 2

Kanye West just presented his The Life of Pablo album and Yeezy Season 3 premiere at NYC‘s Madison Square Garden. After playing the album, he brought out Brooklyn rapper Desiigner, who makes an appearance on “Freestyle” on Kanye‘s album, in the form of a “Panda” snippet.

Panda” is one of the hottest Hip-Hop songs in the streets right now. It currently has over 1.5 million plays on SoundCloud.

During tonight’s show, Kanye announced that Desiigner was officially signed to G.O.O.D. Music. The signing makes the label’s first signee since Pusha T was appointed president last year.

In the above image, Desiigner is seen at LAX a few days ago with Kanye.

The Life of Pablo‘s official cover art was also just released. Designed by Belgian artist Peter De Potter, the artwork features the album title patterned across an orange backdrop with a wedding portrait, presumably of his parents, in the bottom left corner.
