Models.com shines some light on the African fashion culture. The online site enlists Sudanese model Ajak Deng and Angolan model Maria Borges to star in their ‘Africa Rising‘ photoshoot.

After a visited to Lagos last year for the Lagos Fashion and Design Week, Models.com was inspired by the best the continent had to offer in design talent and wanted to showcase it in a photoshoot. They’re giving a spotlight to a chosen few brands.

Photographer Ed Singleton lensed the shoot, while Solange Franklin handled styling duties. See the clothing below and on the next few pages:
