NYFW The Shows: Rodarte Spring 2016 RTW

Last week, donbleek.com reported that Rodarte confirmed that its ready-to-wear line is doing just fine amid reports that it’s transitioning its focus to RADARTE casualwear (see it here).

The Mulleavy sisters presented their Rodarte Spring 2016 ready-to-wear collection during New York Fashion Week: The Shows.

Inspiration: Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Emily Dickinson, Leonard Cohen, and Electric Light Orchestra’s early synthesized, sparkly music. Soft glam-rock was also ans inspiration for the Spring 2016 collection.

Trends: Lace dresses, trailing long silk scarves, black lacy tights, joggers, blazers, pants, dresses, gowns, fur coats, jackets, skirts, and more.
