adidas Is Not Manufacturing Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 2 Clothing Collection

A few days ago, donbleek.com reported that Kanye West will present his second collection, YEEZY Season 2 this Wednesday September 16 (see it here). We now have more details about the show and forthcoming collection.

The presentation will be held at Skylight Modern at 537 West 27^th Street, with a performance once again by Vanessa Beecroft.

It is also being reported that adidas Originals will not manufacture the clothing collection.

According to Hype Beast, “It was rumored that Kanye West and adidas Originals will no longer be collaborating for Yeezy Season 2 but it has now come to light that the apparel is in fact just going to be manufactured without the German sportswear giants. While Yeezy Season 1 was a joint venture between the two throughout the whole collection, Season 2 is reportedly going to be just by Kanye in a solo endeavour, yet the footwear partnership will continue between the two forces. However, Kanye’s Yeezy Season 2 show will actually be “sponsored” by adidas.“
