Lookbook: THE EIGHTH Underwear For Men
A couple of weeks ago, THE EIGHTH, a luxury men’s underwear brand, hosted a fashion party featuring Lucha libre wrestlers fighting in their briefs at Church Street Gym in Manhattan during the first ever New York Fashion Week: Men’s.
The brand released their official lookbook just in time for National Underwear Day (August 5).
From matching colors and prints to their clothes to looking for quality fabrics, men have evolved in the way that they shop for and wear underwear. THE EIGHTH is the ultimate resource for this “new man“.
THE EIGHTH offers basic brief styles for $48 but also handmade boxer styles in luxurious cashmere-cotton blend for $320 and Sea Island cotton for $360. The Long John is offered in a cashmere silk blend for $795. For the more adventurous guy, select underwear styles are offered in exclusive prints such as The Englishman, Cuff Love, The Gap and Wears The Eighth.
The New York-based brand was launched on June 8, 2015 by CEO Leesa Wagner, Creative Director Jason Cauchi and Artistic Director Annebet Duvall. Cauchi and Duvall joined forces with Wagner to launch THE EIGHTH, a brand inspired by key facets of contemporary pop culture:art, music, cinema, sex, social media and sport.
