This is a shocker! Usually fashion houses prefer to use “It” models and celebs as the faces of their campaigns, but Coach is using a different approach.

The New York-based label revealed that Lady Gaga‘s dog, Miss Asia Kinney, is one of several furry faces set to star in its “Coach PupFall 2015 Campaign.

Photographer Steven Meisel lensed the shoot. Miss Asia Kinney is wearing a French bullsdog-sized pearl choker and a handbag from the brand.

Various celeb pups will be featured in the “Coach Pups” campaign, which will feature the latest handbags and accessories from the Coach Fall 2015 collection.

“I am so proud of Miss Asia,” Lady Gaga said in a press release for the campaign. “She’s a natural in front of the camera, and we’re both so excited that the iconic Steven Meisel shot her for Coach’s pup campaign! I really love getting to watch my best friend be a star.”

Stuart Vevers, Creative Director at Coach, said he was inspired by another famous pup when he talked about the inspiration behind using dogs in the brand’s latest campaign. “We wanted to create playful images that make you smile. We were inspired by some images from the Coach archive, which featured Eddie—the dog that starred in the TV seriesFrasier—to create something joyful, with humor and character. That’s a spirit that’s uniquely at the heart of Coach.”
