Maria Borges For L’Officiel Singapore, The 8th Anniversary Issue

Luanda, Angola-native and model Maria Borges is snagging these magazine covers and editorials left-to-right. She recently covered L’Officiel Azerbaijan May 2015 issue, appeared in an editorial for V magazine, Harper’s Bazaar Brazil, covered Vogue Portugal and walked in the Moschino show last year.

Now the high-end fashion model is covering L’Officiel Singapore, The 8th Anniversary Issue.

In the editorial, titled ‘Super Eight,’ the Angolan beauty was styled by Patti Wilson and photographed by Steven Klein.

Borges is repped by Supreme Management in New York, Women in Paris and Milan, and Premier in London. She has already walked in shows for Givenchy, Moschino, Zac Posen, Tibi, Polo Ralph Lauren,Victoria’s Secret, Tom Ford, Marc Jacob and Dior Haute Couture. Borges was also voted by Forbes Africa as number one among the best African models in 2013 and reached the top spot in ranking of Black models at New York Fashion Week to make a record 19 shows in a single season.
