Los Angeles is becoming another major destination for fashion shows. Last night, Thursday (April 16), Christopher Bailey and his Burberry team hosted their runway show at the Griffith Observatory to celebrate the opening of the house’s Rodeo Drive store, as well as to give Hollywood a taste of its British heritage.

Celebs who sat front row included The Beckhams, Rosie Hungtington-Whiteley, Vogue’s Anna Wintour, Elton John, January Jones, Kate Beckinsale, Rose Byrne, among others.

Models Naomi Campbell, Jourdan Dunn, Malaika Firth, and James Corden walked the runway during the presentation.

According to Fashionista, “The luxury label pulled out all of the stops when it came to bringing the best of London to the West Coast, going so far as to recreate an English garden (inspired Royal Parks of London) for guests to enter through and flying in the First Battalion Grenadier Guards — who marched down the runway with drums and flutes — to lead the closing procession down the runway.”
