As Paris Fashion Week comes to a close, celebs from the states are making their final rounds. Pop singer Justin Bieber was spotted walking around the Parisian streets dressed in Balmain above and Saint Laurent below. Styling was courtesy of fashion stylist Ugo Mozie.

The “Boyfriend” singer also attended Carine Roitfeld‘s CR Fashion Book party in the City of Lights.
