R&B singer Ciara is back in NYC after filming a segment for MTV‘s House of Style which is hosted by Iggy Azalea in Los Angles this past Tuesday (see it here).

I spotted Cici in Manhattan, draped in Valentino, wearing a $3,490 Valentino Two-Tone Wool & Silk-Blend Crepe Mini Dress accessorized with black sandals.
