Grammy Award winning music artist, Oscar Award nominee and fashion designer Pharrell Williams is covering the ‘Special Edition‘ issue of Elle UK. In the Doug Inglish photoshoot, Skateboard P wears a Native American inspired headdress and folks are pissed!

Headdresses are restricted items! Unless you are a native male from a Plains nation who has earned a headdress, or you have been given permission to wear one, then it is very disrespectful to wear a headdress.

Was it disrespectful for him to wear a headdress in his photoshoot?

The full shoot and exclusive interview will be featured in the July issue of Elle, out June 5th.

Elle writes, “Continuing our tradition of featuring cult male icons on collector’s edition covers we persuaded ELLE Style Award winner Pharrell to collaborate with us on his best ever shoot. What can we say? He’s never looked so good. There’s a reason why every single A lister we’ve ever met can only say amazing things about him“.
