Socialite and rising fashion mogul Angela Simmons is always on the go with a busy schedule filled with fashion appearances, red carpet events and photoshoots, but she recently caught up with CultureStarved.com for a new ‘StylePro File‘.

The AngelaIAm.com founder talked to the online fashion magazine about fashion, her site, music, what inspires her and more. For the shoot, Simmons styled in two looks including a sweater and short silver shorts paired with pink pumps and a leather jacket matched with ankle boots from David Giampicolo, Fresh Tops, and BooHoo Boutique. Her jewelry was provided by Rolex, Hermes, and SIS by Simone I Smith.

What does fashion mean to you?
 
Fashion is everything to me! I like to incorporate fashion in everything that I do! Fashion is always evolving and it always allow me to be creative.
How do you pick a designer to feature on your site AngelaIAm.com?
 
I hand pick designers based on the designs and creativity! We love supporting new and upcoming designers! 
 
What inspires you?
 
Traveling inspires me! I am very inspired by art and different artists! 
 
You come from a legendary family of successful people in music and fashion, how do you think music and fashion work together to impact the culture?
 
I think Music and Fashion go hand in hand! I believe music is inspired by fashion and fashion inspired by music! They both inspire one another!
 
What’s your advice for young guys and girls who are interested in getting into the fashion industry?
 
My advice for anyone interested in getting into fashion industry, is to take internship opportunities, study your field, don’t give up and do what you love, love what you do!
