We’re just less than one hour away from the 56th Annual Grammy Awards which will air live from Los Angeles on CBS at 8 p.m. It is being reported that Jay-Z and Beyoncé are opening the show. The pre-show is now airing live. Macklemore & Ray Lewis won Grammys for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for “Thrift Shop“. They also won Best Rap Album for The Heist. This is some bullcrap! As always, the Grammys is based on politics and it’s so sad.

Nelly and his good friend T.I. partied it up at 1Oak nightclub, while Ashanti attended the Mastercard #PricelessSuprise Backstage at the Grammy’s event. Ne-Yo and DJ Cassidy hit up the annual Midnight Grammy Brunch hosted by Ne-Yo and Malibu Red at Lure Nightclub in Hollywood. Will Smith was also in attendance. Adrienne Bailon was also there and she hit up LL Cool J’s Pre-Grammy dinner as well. Tatyana Ali was there too and singers Sevyn Streeter and Bridget Kelly were spotted at the BET Music Matters Showcase at Creative Artists Agency. Mack Wilds performed at the event.
