Show Review: Alexander Wang Fall 2014 Menswear
Last week, during Paris Fashion Week, American fashion designer Alexander Wang staged the brand’s Fall 2014 menswear collection.
The Parson The New School For Design (in NYC) alumni has already established himself as a major talent in the fashion industry. He is one of the few designers who designs for and work with other designers. Wang also serve as the Creative Director for Balenciaga.
For the Fall 2o14 menswear collection, the 30-year-old San Francisco-native aimed to focus on pieces he personally favors: sportswear with a strong dose of street. The collection featured outerwear-ranging from a leather-and-wool car coat to a lightweight rain jacket in rubber-coated cotton tweed, track pants & trousers, hoodies, lace-up trousers, baseball shirts, and sweatshirts.
