Last night a lot of rappers, bloggers, DJ’s, and the Hip Hop community flew to the heart of the South (Atlanta) for the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards which was taped at The Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center and will featured performances by 2 Chainz, T.I., Rick Ross and others. This year’s Mike Epps hosted show will also feature a tribute to the late great Chris Lighty (50 Cent, Fat Joe & Missy shared the same stage). The show will be televised next month Tuesday (October 9) at 8pm on BET. Meek Mill, Rick Ross,Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, Diggy Simmons, Machine Gun Kelly, French Montana, Stalley, Kirkgo Bangz, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, Future, Busta Rhymes and T.I. walked the red carpet to show their dope outfits and to do some press. Rick Ross kept it Hip Hop in a denim jacket, black tee-shirt and Air Jordan sneakers.

Wiz Khalifa sported a rock star inspired outfit. I like his Versace sunglasses!

2 Chainz walked the carpet with his daughter. He rocked a colorful jacket, Versace shirt and belt paired with black pants and Nike Air Yeezy 2. He accessorized his outfit with a MCM backpack and cap.

Diggy Simmons styled in a motorcycle jacket, blue shirt and light colored pants.
