I’m sorry to inform the fans, but Wiz Khalifa’s sophomore album will not hit shelves and iTunes on September 18. As of press, the new date has not been revealed. With no second single, a lack of promotion and “Work Hard, Play Hard” not making much of an impact, I knew that the album was going to get pushed back. Has Wiz fallen off? His rep confirmed the news to Billboard.

On a positive note, Wiz is embarking on a 36-city North America tour which will feature his Taylor Gang crew (Juicy J, Chevy Woods, Lola Monroe, Tuki Carter and Berner). The ‘2050 Tour’ kicks off on October 12 in State Park, PA at the Bryce Jordan Center and will make stops in major markets including Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Orlando, Houston and Cleveland before wrapping up on December 6 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, VA. Tickets for the “2050 Tour” go on sales Friday, September 7 through Wiz Khalifa’s official website.
