Last night Wednesday (March 7), I attended the NJ Nets vs. L.A. Clippers game at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Part owner of the Nets/music mogul Jay-Z and his childhood friend Emory Jones sat court side to watch the game. The final score was 101-100, in favor of the Nets. Jay-Z was styling on them lames in a pair of Nike Air Yeezy 2 sneakers, denim jeans and a black tee-shirt.

If you guys are not familiar with Emory, he and Jay-Z are childhood friends. He was released from the Feds in 2010. This guy is a real street dude and he was also the person who put up the money to start Roc-A-Fella. Back in 2010, Jay-Z sent over his personal Maybach to pick up Emory from the Feds. On Jay-Z’s Kingdom Come album, he dedicated a song, entitled “Do You Wanna Ride” to Emory.
