Sitting On The Throne: Nicki Minaj Top EW’s Best Singles For 2012

From sitting on a stoop in Southside Jamaica, Queens to sitting on top of the throne. Femcee Nicki Minaj topped Entertainment Weekly‘s Best Singles of 2011. Her single “Super Bass,” off of the platinum-selling album, Pink Friday took  the #1 spot on their annual list. “It was the boom badoom boom heard round the world,” writes EW of the Ester Dean-assisted tune. Music artists such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, BeyoncĂ©, Britney Spears, and Kelly Clarkson also joined Minaj’s on the list. Not all artists on the list, made a positive impact.
