Fans are getting a little closer to hearing Juelz Santana’s new album, entitled Born To Lose Built To Win. In a web series called, “The Road To Reagan Era,” the Harlem native confirmed to a fan at L.A.X. Airport that his new album will be dropping this October. Peep the video here “The Road To Reagan Era.”

Earlier in the summer, it was rumored that Juelz was “no longer with Def Jam.” I spoke exclusively to Juelz’s publicist Lynn Hobson and she confirmed that he is indeed still signed to the label. In fact, they were communicating with Label Rep, Sha Money about Juelz’s next project.

Juelz Santana hasn’t released an album since his 2005 LP, What’s The Game’s Been Missing!, which sold over 698,000 copies, according to some research that the editors and I did over at XXL magazine, for the November 2009 Def Jam issue. Juelz forthcoming LP Born To Lose Built To Win has been constantly pushed back since it originally released date back in 2007. He also released five single from the album including “The Second Coming,” “Days Of Our Lives,” “Mixin Up The Medicine” Ft Yelawolf,” “Home Run,” Ft Lil Wayne and “Back To The Crib” Ft Chris Brown.

October is just a few weeks ago and there is still no new Juelz single or video.
