WHAT’S BEEF: Lil Wayne Elaborates On His Jay-Z Diss & Jadakiss Doesn’t Want To Be Involved
Yesterday (August 24) the interweb went crazy after Lil Wayne released a track titled “It’s Good” Ft. Jakakiss and Drake. On the track, Weezy took shots at MY IDOL Jay-Z.  The track is featured on Weezy’s upcoming album.
On the track Weezy said, âTalkinâ âbout baby money, I got your baby money/Kidnap your bitch, get that âHow much you love your lady?â money.â
In the beginning of the Year, Jay-Z & Kanye West released a track, titled “H.A.M,” in which many thought he was coming at Birdman.
âIâm like really half a billi, nigga/Really you got baby money/Keep it real with niggas/Niggas ainât got my lady money,â Jay rapped.
Jadakiss took to his official Twitter account @TheRealKiss and said he doesn’t want to be involved and recorded his verse three months ago.
“Yall hating ass cocksuckers better chill..they only sent me a track wit NO verses and I recorded that verse 3 months ago! ”
“When I DISS niggas or have a problem Wit ANY RAPPER I SAY THere NAMES without hesitation and YALL know this already!”
During an interview for an upcoming Oct./Nov. VIBE story, Wayne says heâs not worried about any fallout from the presumed lyrical barb at Jay-Z. ”
âI know there wonât be any repercussions behind what I did,â says a confident Wayne when asked if he had second thoughts about recording his acidic verse for âIt’s Good.â âI know for a fact music is about perception. You canât do anything but perceive what you hear. I know that for a fact. So I canât ever be upset about someoneâs reaction.â
Wayne added that while he understands the intrigue and buzz behind the record, itâs just another song. âIâm not going to say I donât know what would happen before I even say [something on record],â he explains. âI do know what will happen. Iâm aware of it. But it is what it is.â
