Jay-Z Speaks On Derek Jeter’s 3,000 Hit [With Video]

Music mogul Jay-Z recently witnessed history on camera. The man who made a NY fitted more famous than a Yankee player was sitting near third base when Yankees player Derek Jeter hit his 3,000th hit out of the park at New York’s Yankee Stadium. A very excited Jay-Z said, “I actually called it. I called it for the wrong side though. I thought he was gonna hit the short porch [in right], but he surprised everyone.”

Jeter became the 28th player in major league history to reach the milestone. Peep the video below:
