Yesterday Sunday (May 29), I reported that Hip-Hop/Pop star Sean Kingston was in critical condition in a Miami Beach hospital after being injured in a bad jet skiing accident Sunday evening. According to his publicists (Joesph Carozza at Epic Records), the 21-year-old recording artist is now in stable condition and has been moved to ICU.

According to TMZ, Sean Kingston and a female friend were severely injured after their jet ski hit a small bridge in Miami.  Now, passers-by who were on a nearby boat say they witnessed the incident, and pulled both Sean and the female on to their boat. Both Kingston and his passenger were rescued from the water by a good Samaritan.

Kingston was recently moved from the Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and is now in stable condition.

Joe Carozza said this morning that Sean was moved from the trauma unit to the ICU. He says Sean’s family is grateful for everyone’s prayers and support.

Kingston’s celebrity friends sent their deepest prayers,¬†condolences¬†and expressed their sadness over the situation, via Twitter:

Justin Bieber tweeted:¬†‚ÄúGot my friend Sean Kingston in my prayers tonight. A true friend and big bro. Please keep him in your prayers tonight as well.‚ÄĚ

Nicki Minaj¬†tweeted:¬†“My love & prayers are with Sean Kingston & his family.”

Selita Ebanks¬†retweeted her publicist friend:¬†“Praying for Sean, for strength to fully recover.”
