(Updated) Breaking News: Juelz Santana Arrested After A 10-Months Investigation

Last month I reported that Harlem rapper Juelz Santana New Jersey studio was raided by the Bergenfield Police Department. During the raid, police found guns, drugs and arrested Skull Gang rapper Hynief, real name Toby Raynor, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Two fully loaded 9mm handguns, boxes of ammunition and marijuana were found during the raid. The police said “Hynief sold marijuana to undercover Gang Unit detectives during a 10-month investigation.” Hynief is being held on $50,000 bail.

Just a few minutes ago, Bergen County prosecutor’s office issued a press release that Juelz Santana was taken into custody in New Jersey today on four counts of narcotic and weapon offenses. This stems from 10-month investigation by Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Gang Unit, which lead to the raid of his studio last month. Stay tuned into YoDonBleekRaps as this story develops.

Update 1: Bail was set for Santana at $125,000 with no 10% cash option. Santana was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail.
