CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATESBrandon Boston Jr. is committed to play college basketball for Kentucky.

I appreciated everybody recruiting me, but I’m going to Kentucky, and I picked them because I think it’s what best fits me,” Boston told Evan Daniels of 247Sports.

He picked the Wildcats over his other three finalists — Duke, Florida and Auburn.

The 5-star point guard is transferred from Norcross High School in Atlanta to California‘s Sierra Canyon High School for his senior season. He is considered a top-10 player in the 2020 class, with ESPN ranking him number six overall and Rivals ranking him number four overall.

The 6’6″, 175-pound Georgia-native is a long athlete who is still growing. He also has good athleticism and a natural feel for the game. He is a terrific scorer, has a nose for the ball and the length to be a dangerous rebounder.

Boston was selected to play in the 2020 McDonald’s All-American Boys Game. He was also selected to play in the 2020 Jordan Brand Classic.
