Name: Randy NoExcuse

Instagram: @RandyNoExcuse

YouTube Channel: I have two as of right now. I have a series called MYGRIND, based on unrated individuals using their trials and tribulations as motivations to count themselves in. The name of that channel is Director Vibez, my other channel is Randy NoExcuse, but it is currently under construction.

Age: 21

Height: 6’0

Where Are You From: Newark, NJ

Nationality: African American/ Trinidadian

Occupation: Strength & Conditioning Coach and Creative Director of CYISOON clothing brand.

Career Goals: I will like to help my clothing brand reach mainstream success and cross over to a global audience. I will also like to open up my own gym in a few years and began to train not only celebrities and top tier athletes but also some individuals that are considered underdogs and help them reach their goals of greatness.

You have a nice body; what is your workout regimen: I focus on a particular body part each day and focus on sculpting that section that is targeted. I’m also a boxer so sometimes I am in a six-week training camp that consist of intense cardio and calisthenics.

How often do you workout: Six times a week sometimes twice a day depending on my schedule.

What parts of your body are you most obsessed with and why: I’m mostly obsessed with my back muscles and biceps. With both muscle groups, I have certain cuts in the muscle that you can see clearly that most people don’t have or can be hard to see.

Name some of your favorite workouts: I have a lot honestly, but to just name a few I’ll go with incline bench press, wide grip lateral pull-down, lateral raises and goblet squats.

What inspired you to become a fitness model: Once my body started to catch peoples eyes, my abs and legs in particular I felt the urge to began the fitness model journey.

Are you a healthy eater: Absolutely, if you know me you know that I strongly enforce healthy eating. Eating clean is actually more important than lifting weights. If you have a luxury car and put bad gas in it you’ll mess up the luxurious car. It’s the same thing with your body, your body is a machine if you fill it with the wrong fuel it’ll mess up. Eating clean gives you great results and have you machine (body) performing great.

What is your favorite healthy meal: My favorite healthy meal consist of grilled chicken and shrimp, mash potatoes and broccoli.

Tell us a little about your Youtube channel: My YouTube channel was made to inspire everyone. I want to make sure that everyone understands that the cards that they were dealt can be used to live a better life. When you watch my videos I want you to get inspired to find your purpose and execute it with greatness. Everyone in this world has problems that they face but the problem doesn’t define you, what defines you is how you take your problems and turn it into your fuel and motivation.

Any publications you would like to be featured in: I would love to be featured in Men’s Health and Men’s
Fitness. As a kid, I used to get those magazines, rip the pages out and post them on my wall. So to go full circle and be featured in it would be a dream come true.

What are some of your favorite fashion brands: CYISOON the brand is my favorite fashion brand. It was made by me and two of my close friends. It adds to my motivation in life and brings that extra push to life. CYISOON stands for Count Yourself In and Make Something Out Of Nothing. If you know my story you know that I was at rock bottom and the only other option for me was death, so to honestly create something out of nothing is amazing to me.

Which brands would you really like to work with: Some other brand I would love to work with is Puma and Under Armor. I think they have great systems and endorse some of those powerful underdogs.

What music are you currently listening too: As of now, I’m big on Hip Hop and R&B. I just finished listening to Jadakiss new album, Ignatius.

Favorite movies, TV shows: My favorite movie is Blindside and my favorite TV show is the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Favorite designer fragrance or beauty product: I have a secret fragrance which is a combination of my favorite Muslim oils, so I can’t give that out just know it smells amazing.

Places you would love to visit: I would love to visit Bora-Bora and Spain.

Currently obsessed with: I’m currently obsessed with working out. With all of the things that is happening in the world right now, working out gives me a peace of mind. I’m also obsessed with wings but that my guilty pleasure.

What’s next for you:  Growing CYISOON and personal training. I am just beginning my fitness model career so I am looking forward for doors to open in that field as well.
