MILAN — New Guards Group, the Italian holding company founded in Milan by Claudio Antonioli, Davide de Giglio and Marcelo Burlon, which operates a portfolio of brands including Off-White, County of Milan, Palm Angels, Unravel Project, Alanui, A Plan Application and Heron Preston is  reportedly looking for an investor, according to sources in Milan.

The group’s principal partners de Giglio, Antonioli and Burlon, who founded the group in 2015, are understood to be keen to cash out part of their stakes given how hot their labels have become.

In Paris, FashionNetwork.com asked LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE. CEO, Chairman and French business magnate Bernard Arnault at the Dior Homme show about the reports of possible interest.

According to the online publication, with a smile, he replied: “New Guards, c’est quoi ça?” meaning, “What’s that?”

It’s a new restaurant!” replied Pietro Beccari, CEO of Dior.

New Guards Group hasn’t response to report at the time of posting.
