Lookbook: KITH x Tommy Hilfiger FW18
NEW YORK — New York-based sneaker shop and clothing label KITH released the official lookbook for their collaboration with iconic American brand Tommy Hilfiger.
KITH has chosen some of the rarest and most iconic Tommy Hilfiger pieces and reinterpreted them through a modern lens. The 50 styles collection consists of apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Two color stories are prevalent throughout the capsule, including a co-branded play on the original Tommy design and a new spin by KITH. OG patterns are then highlighted, created with custom-milled fabrics that adhere to more modern construction techniques.
Outerwear, denim, prep, and basics are all shown in the apparel category, while the footwear boasts two colorways of the Hilfiger Athletics Skew Basketball Sneaker, which hasn’t been released since 1996. The shoe welcomes nubuck and full-grain leather on the upper, in addition to featuring leather lining and asymmetrical co-branding. Also included are the 6” Construct and 40 Below Super Boot in collaboration with Timberland.
The initial drop for KITH x Tommy Hilfiger FW18 took place last Saturday, September 8, at all KITH shops and KITH.com, followed by a second delivery including the two Expedition Puffer Jackets and the Timberland boots later this year.
At the time of posting, all items from the initial drop are sold out.
