Bella Hadid Fronts Nars’ Fall 2017 Ad Campaign For Its Powermatte Lip Pigment
American fashion model Bella Hadid fronts Nars‘ Fall 2017 Ad Campaign for its new Powermatte Lip Pigment.
The beauty brand recently debuted its new Powermatte campaign, shot by Francois Nars himself and “inspired by the rebellion and self-expression of the Rock and Roll era.” In the ad, Hadid is photo’d alongside a black-nail-polish wearing male model, Justin Gossman.
“François Nars has such beautiful energy. He’s taken so many iconic photographs, so for me to have the opportunity to work with him was a dream come true!,” Hadid told Bazaar. “I knew it was going to be an amazing shoot because of how iconic François is and the level of creativity he puts into the makeup and his photographs. It is incredible!”
Nars‘ new Powermatte Lip Pigment is described as the brand’s “most powerful matte yet.”. Available in 20 shades (spanning nudes, reds, plums, pinks and even black), the liquid lipsticks will be launching exclusively on the Sephora Mobile App beginning July 5, and then will become available at Nars boutiques and on narscosmetics.com the following day, with a full release at Sephora stores and online on July 13. They will retail for $26 each.
