Tyga, Migos Signed To Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music
Last night, Wednesday (September 7), after his most talked about Yeezy Season 4 fashion show (see our review here), Kanye West and his G.O.O.D Music family, including president Pusha T, Desiigner, Teyana Taylor, and Travis Scott, along with artists Swizz Beatz and Pharrell Williams performed at the G.O.O.D. Music pop-up concert at New York City‘s Highline Ballroom.
Following the performances, West revealed that former Young Money Cash Money Billionaire (YMCMB) rapper Tyga aka T-Raww is the newest addition to the label. Tyga has a personal relationship with West. He’s dating his wife’s (Kim Kardashian) younger sister, Kylie Kardashian.
T-Raww has been releasing music independently the past two years, after leaving his former label because of various issues including financial.
Kanye executive produced T-Raww‘s last album, 2014’s The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty.
Along with Tyga‘s new alignment with G.O.O.D. Music, Pusha T also announced Migos has joined the label under G.O.O.D. Music management. No additional details are known, but the Atlanta trio of Quavo, Offset and Takeoff are currently signed to Quality Control and are distributed through 300 Entertainment.
