French designer Isabel Marant is set to open up another store in Manhattan. She already has a store on Broome Street in Soho. It first opened in 2010 and marked the Parisian designer U.S. market debut. Elsewhere statewide, Marant has a unit on Melrose Place in West Hollywood and in San Francisco.
Come early next year, she Marant will open her second standalone at 23 East 67th Street, which is where the Bottega Veneta store was occupied.
The network of Isabel Marant stores has grown to 17, including other locations in London, Madrid, Copenhagen, Dubai, Beirut, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul and Bangkok.
“Isabel Marant was attracted to the intimate feel and unique charm of the town house for her second boutique in New York, as well as its proximity to Madison Avenue,” said Dan Harroch, senior vice president at Thor Retail Advisors, who represented Marant in the deal.
